2 QB league help. Kaep and ?

OK, this season has been crazy with injuries! I'm in a 12 man 2 QB league so when a QB goes down (Like Big Ben for me) trying to find a replacement is rough. I just traded to get Kaepernick and if he does start I'm starting him. My other 2 QB's are Rivers and Wilson. Which one of them do I start? Im leaning towards Wilson and that decent Miami matchup, but I'm not sure. If Rivers plays well hes got the higher upside, its just a matter of if Rivers plays well.
