Quite honestly, I think you have something to be nervous about. McGahee only had 3 games this year where he's had double digits. Peyton and that offense take so long to get going, they cant commit to the run and by the second half Peyton is lighting up the field to make sure they win. Doesn't leave a whole lot of room for RB touches. Couple that with if Hillman struggles at all, they'll plug Moreno and Ball in there to see if they can get yards out of them. Granted KC is an excellent matchup for Hillman to shine, there are still a lot of variables that come into play that can hinder his performance.
I think where Hillman will get the bulk of his points is in the first half, and the garbage time at the end of the 4th quarter after Peyton has had his way with KC's secondary...
