Trent Richardson or Decker in Flex?

Richardson is going up against a great Pittsburgh run d. But he always ends up north of 20 carries. Decker is up against a mediocre KC pass d. Who should I start in the Flex?

I would go with T-Rich. He should get over 20 touches like you said.
