I'd stick with Hillman. If you're a PPR maybe Fred Jackson just because they usually throw him the ball.

I have a good feeling Hillman/Moreno will split carries, if not lean towards Hillman carrying more.
FJax will be behind Spiller this week, but expect the Bills to be heavy on the ground.

personally worried about Hillman as Peyton was talking up Moreno earlier this week too, I'd go with FJax

Go with Fjax. What Peyton wants, Peyton gets, and he wants Moreno! Broncos are a passing team, and the back with better blocking skills will get more snaps.
