Serious roster problem, need some advice

14 team league
Start 1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 TE, 1 flex(RB/WR), K, DT, Coach

5 pts for 5 receptions

We get limited roster moves with $100 to spend on waivers, minimum $10 bid so the most waiver moves that you can make is 10.

I lost Gronk and have been using D Allen. I had 2 moves left and (listening to all the "experts" I dropped Alex Green for Ronnie Hillman.

I am in first place in record and points, but probably tied after this week thanks to Hillman's goose egg(I'm leading by 10 but he has Maclin and Henry) I have 1 waiver move left, how should I use it to get through the rest of the regular season and playoffs

My roster
Stafford, Tannehill
Martin, Ridley, A Morris, Hillman
Wayne, J Nelson, Amendola, Garcon, B Lloyd, Blackmon
Gronk, Allen
Suisham
SD
Pats Coach

I figure I have 3 options with my waiver (I tried to trade Ridley as I think he will be worthless in the playoffs with his schedule)

1)Drop Allen or Gronk and Pick up a TE, but not much there (M Lewis, D Clark, Dreesen, Casey, Moeaki

the next two involve possibly taking a goose egg at TE each week but getting more and higher reward points at flex or more security at QB

2) drop Hillman or Gronk and pick up either Moreno or Beanie Wells

the last one is just security to give me an option other than Tannehill at the QB position in case Stafford goes down

3) Drop Hillman or Gronk and pick up another QB (S Hill, Kaepernick, Henne)

I would love to hear some opinions here. I can clinch a playoff spot with one win or a loss by some teams so I'm looking pretty good for the playoffs

Since you only have 1 waiver move left, I think you should stand pat and see if you can get in the playoffs with a goose egg at TE. If you can, then re-evaluate your roster after your locked in for the playoffs.
