I am in an 8-team ESPN standard scoring league (+ points for punt/kick return yards)
I need to pick 3 form the following:
-Roddy White (ranked 10th) v. Saints -Reggie Wayne (ranked 7th) v. Lions -Andre Johnson (ranked 10th) v. Titans -Reggie Cobb (ranked 3rd) v. Vikings -Eric Decker (ranked 15th) v. Bucs
I'm leaning toward Roddy White, Andre Johnson and Reggie Cobb. I'm picking Cobb over Wayne because in my league we get points for return yardage (and Cobb is ranked the 3rd best reciever in my league). Any thoughts?
I agree with White, Johnson, and Cobb(only b/c of the return yrds, else its a tossup between Wayne and Cobb). Regarding Cobb's performance last week, the Packers played a subpar game as a whole against the Giants, and Rodgers just didnt have time to really throw. If you watched, Cobb was still targetted the most and they are always looking to get him the ball.
White, Johnson, and Wayne. Cobb is no longer going to be the top wideout, with Greg Jennings coming back. Reggie Wayne, however, continues to play very well under Andrew Luck, and there's no reason to think that will change. That being said, you do have a point about the return yards, but I don't see that being valuable enough for him.

I agree with this, but I'm still leaning toward Cobb. Last week he would've only got 3 points. But with his return yardage he scored me 10 points. Wayne has been consistent for me but I can't go wrong with the 3rd ranked reciever in my league.
