This week is a must win week for me if i want a chance to make it into the playoffs so i need to be on point with all my choices here, so please help me out the best you can.
RB- Alfred Morris, Johnathan Dwyer, Michael Turner, Beanie Wells, Bilal Powell WR- Vincent Jackson, Larry Fitzgerald, Lance Moore, Danario Alexander, Davone Bess
Like i said this is the make or break weak so please help me out and thank you in advance for taking the time!WHIR!
RB's I would start Beanie and Morris. Pit's RB situation is a complete mess. I'm still not sold on Powell and Ari has a good run defense, and Turner just doesn't seem to be Turner lately.
WR's I would go Bess vs NE and V.jax because of his upside potential.
Flex is now difficult lol. I would lean toward Turner here, RB's tend to be more consistent with points, though not as explosive as receivers, but with what you have left over after the starters I would say Turner is your best bet for Flex.
I like Morris/Wells for RB, VJax/Bess for WR and L. Moore in the FLEX. I think Lance will see more looks this weeks as Colston will be blanketed by Asante Samuel.
First off, i agree. No Pitt runningbacks. Its an absolute mess. I'd avoid Fitzgerald, as good as he is, since hes going up against the Jets who have a good secondary. Danario Alexander isn't a bad start because hes playing the Bengals who leave some to be desired in the defense category. Alfred Morris, as good as his is, isn't a great start this week against the Giants who are in the top 5 for run defense. Bess has a pretty good matchup against the pats, but whether hes going to get touches is questionable, its a toss up with the Fins. Turner is a great start this week against the saints, if he doesn't have to share with Rodgers. Lance Moore isn't great either against the 6th ranked Falcons secondary. personally, I'd go waiver wire. Shoot for matchup based players, like Justin Blackmon, Cecil Shorts, T.Y. Hilton. Hope this helps you make your decison. Help me maybe? viewtopic.php?f=19&t=530782&p=3505251#p3505251
For RB, go with Beanie Wells and Alfred Morris. For WR, go Vincent Jackson and Davone Best, he's having a great year and Pats defense = iffy. For flex, I'd go with either Lance Moore (Drew Brees always throws a lot of yards and TDs), or Danario Alexander (pretty much the only thing on the Chargers offense thats working)
Alfred Morris - should have a good game Michael Turner - Nice matchup and goalline work against Saints Beanie Wells - Jets suck, Beanie is healthy and should be focus of gameplan Larry Fitzgerald - having beanie back will open things up for Larry Danario Alexander - Best option left of your WR's IMO, Rivers loves him
It's tough to bench Fitzgerald, but look at the numbers. A total of 48 wide receivers, including Brandon Stokley and Donald Jones, have more fantasy points. He has averaged 3.8 catches, 39.4 yards and scored one touchdown over the last five weeks too. Also Ryan Lindley remains the Cardinals quarterback..
