Jets or Bears defense this week? WHIR

Hey everyone,

This week I am playing to clinch a playoff spot and need some help at defense. I have Lynch running against the Bears already but I also have the jets d on my bench who are playing the cardinals (giving up the 6th most points to team defenses this year). Should I continue to roll with the best D in the league in the Bears and risk my running back hurting them? Or should I take a chance with the Jets this week?

Bears have more points than most Runningbacks. Jets are risky and are depleted in talent. Bears.

Bears. The Bears D is a stud Defense and you don't bench your studs. Only way I MIGHT consider it is if they were playing the Saints or some other elite offense. The Seahawks are not an elite offense. Bears are the safer play and have much higher upside.
