Who to start in the flex position?

I'm leaning Mathews because i think he's due to bust a long one and Turner has been trending down.

PPR btw.

I would lean towards Mathews in PPR, but it is a coin flip.

Turner hasn't been effective even when he's gotten touches, and he's losing time to Rodgers. I think I'd have to go with Mathews of these two...
