desperately need a win

Ok so i have lost my last 4 games ... so i am in need of a win to have a shot at a playoff spot
So who do i start do i stay with Ridley, lynch, Morris or do I try to throw Murray in there?
Do i Play Steve Smith, Danario Alexander or Denarius Moore
If you have any other suggestions I happy to hear them?
