Which QB should I start and What 3 Rb's do I start?

-Colin Kaepernick @ STL (Coming off of a big week and is Projected 17)
-Fitzpatrick vs. Jac (Coming off of two bad weeks but is home vs a terrible pass defense and is Projected 16)

Which 3 RB's?
-Arian Foster @Ten: Projected 25 (Starting him)
-Marshawn Lynch @CHI: Projected 9 (Coming off a bad week and is struggling on the road. Not to mention CHI is the best defense and MY defense)
-Beanie Wells @NYJ: (Coming off a big comeback week against a bad defense. Problem is last week he only average 2.8 Yard Per Carry)
-McFadden or Reece @CLE: Reece is Projected 9 and DMC is projected 13 (Cleveland has a terrible defense, McFadden is Questionable and Reece has been playing good.)
- Knowshon Moreno @TB: Projected 14 (Tampa Bay is an average run defense)

Who would you start? I'm stumped. Its playoffs and I have to win. I'll give my advice on yours if anyone needs it for their lineups.

I prefer Kaepernick, he has more upside based on his ability to run. I would start Moreno, Lynch, and Foster. The situation in OAK is too risky, and I do not trust Wells.
