I normally would not advise sitting Lynch but he has a tough matchup and Spiller should see enough carries against a soft run D to make it worth starting him. I think you'd actually be OK with either back, but Spiller is probably the safer play here.
i would go with Lynch based on history, Chicago has giving up 100+ rushing yards every week since week 8. Spiller is a good play but hes always going to share carries with Jackson, he might miss some goalline carries, and if they get down early, they abandon the Run. Its a close Choice but i would start Lynch.

Id go Lynch, the bears can be run on, and Lynch is the main guy, while Spiller has a great match up, he's still in a time share and Jackson will still be involved
