Looking to 2013: keeper auction league-looking for sleepers

I'm doing pretty well, and have a solid chance at finishing first in my keeper auction, but I'm also looking at potential gems for next year's draft. Our keeper rules are that you can keep a player for salary+$5 up to two years (so, I had Spiller for $1 last year, $6 for this year, and he'll be $11 next year before being a free agent in 2014). So, essentially, I'm scouring for more Spillers to warrant freeing up a roster spot.

10 team, 2 QB league with 18 man rosters, so essentially every single starting QB (both injured starters and filled in) are rostered, as are all starting RBs/top WRs. The most recent waivers saw Bilal Powell, Ryan Broyles, Brady Quinn, Knowshon Moreno, Shane Vereen, and Cedric Peerman (!?) acquired, so things are generally rather shallow (recent drops = James Jones, Brian Hartline, Jalen Parmele, Kendall Hunter). So, I'm looking for someone that is not rostered, that I can spend $1 for, and has a solid chance of being worth $10+ in next year's auction.
