The one circumstance in which I'd play Broyles is if I had Stafford, had a tough, must-win matchup, and wanted to take the chance of getting "double points". Otherwise, I'd play VJax. Broyles is definitely a sneaky-good play, but VJax is a horse whose upside and floor are both higher than Broyles'.
