Playoff Time!! QB and Flex help WHIR

Postby bunnnnny » Tue Dec 04, 2012 10:57 am

Ok guys first round of playoffs so need some help.

I've been riding Palmer who has been surprisingly decent. However, I don't like his matchup against Denver so are any of these waiver options better?

Locker vs Ind
Weeden vs KC
Bradford vs Buf
Wilson vs Ari
Cutler vs Minn
Rivers vs Pitt

Also, for flex pick 1 of the following:

Rudolph vs Chi
Britt vs Ind
Bowe vs Cle
Rice vs Ari

WHIR!!

I like Locker's matchup vs Indy, but if it were me I would stick with Palmer.
For your flex it's between Bowe and Rice (Sidney?). I'd go with Bowe.

Good luck!

I'd go Palmer and Bowe as well.

Rice is facing a very good Arizona pass D, Britt isn't worth playing this year, and I like Rudolph, but it's hard to bet against the Bears D.

I'd go with Palmer cause I'm sure they'll be throwing the ball and go with Bowe

Palmer for sure, he will put up good numbers since they will be throwin it straight 3 quarters.

I don't love Palmer this week as he has a tough matchup vs DEN but I still think he's the best option out of your choices. There's a good chance the Broncos go up big early and the Raiders will be in catchup mode, which would bode well for Palmer. There's also a chance that the Broncos D just shuts him down altogether, but I still think he's your best bet.

For WR, I'm actually leaning towards Britt. Bowe has a terrible QB throwing to him and will be covered by a very good CB vs CLE (Joe Haden). Locker isn't great, but he's a better QB than Quinn and he did target Britt 8 times last week. Plus, the Ten-Ind game has potential to be a shootout, which would help Britt put up numbers.

I do not like Palmer, it looks like DMC 100% and Denver's D is pretty solid. I'd go with Cutler, he's been playing decently well over the past few weeks and Vikings pass D is middle of the pack. As far as Flex, Sidney Rice.

Ok, I'm going to stick with Palmer, but still can't decide on my flex...

Anyone else have an opinion?
