WEEK 14 Pick a RB2 PPR- F.Jackson, M.Turner, or D.Williams?

Who would you start at RB2 in a PPR league:

Fred Jackson @ StL

Michael Turner @ Carolina

DeAngelo WIlliams @ Atlanta

All have pretty favorable match ups. Right now, I am leaning towards Jackson after getting 25 carries last week but his production and # of carries is so inconsistent. Tuner had a good performance after everyone was saying Jaquizz was the new top option in the Atl backfield. DeAngelo Williams is the only RB out of the 3 who isn't splitting carries with another RB (assuming J.Stewart is still out) but of course there is Cam, and possibly Tolbert in goal line situations. I feel like Jackson and DeAngelo have more upside, but I feel like Turner is my safest option since he usually is put in the position to score at least one td throughout the game. So what should I do??? (starting lineup posted below)
