Defense Analyzer - Week 14

Are there any defenses I should be looking at in preparation for weeks 15 and 16? Most of the "studs" or even mid levels are taken, and I've been playing roulette, but I'm considering dropping a mid-tier player or 2 to stash D and be ready.

I had a playoff picture which included week 14 and it'll be pretty consistent.

A combined sacks/to score of 11 is better, 12 is good and above 13 is very good.

I'm not sure what you have on the waiver wire. CLE has KC, WAS and DEN but I worry that WAS and DEN are not very good opponents to face.
NSince you said most of the studs are taken, WAS does have CLE and PHI both of which are above an 11 for a score.
TB is a good defense but are facing teams that haven't given up as much.
CAR faces SD in week 15, is likely on your ww and SD has given out a great many breakout weeks. OAK isn't over an 11 for a matchup score but may be worth taking.

SD has improved recently as a defense. CAR might be a tough matchup given their recent performance and NYJ may be a solid game for SD.
The jes play TEN in week 15 and SD in week 16 both of which could be very generous but TEN has not been a very good defense this year so I"m a little hesitant there.

Houston (against NE) or Minnesota (against CHI)?

First week of the playoffs and those are my only two options (our WW closes at the end of the regular season).

Neither seems a very good option. Hou is the far better performing defense and hotter of late. CHI, however, can give up some turnovers here and there. NE is a terrible opponent to have but MIN is a far inferior defense. I'm not sure anyone can intelligently pick these but MIN has only had 1 defensive TD all year. I think you're better off with HOU.

Great work. I'm torn between Cleveland D and Jets D, both are on the waiver wire.. should i pick up Jets D instead of Cleveland based on their good matchups against Ten and SD in the next two? I also read that Cecil shorts is out so the Jags offense should really have trouble this week with a third string RB also.

do I drop Houston D to play COlts d this week? or just run with Pats
