Flex help - Week 14

Quick question:

Which of the following would you chose as flex and why for round 14?

- Cecil Shorts
- Torrey Smith
- Mike Willams

Shorts might not play. I'd go Torrey. Washington isn't all that good pass wise. New Orleans is worse, but Mike has more people to compete with for touches and he's not the #1 option in the passing game like Torrey is. Flacco could always bomb on the road as per his usual thing, but sooner or later that trend has to end. I think it does this weekend.
