WR help week 14

I asked similar questions on other posts, but i have added more information and am looking for more depth. pick 2 WRs, PPR League:

WRs
Givens @BUF(the last 2 weeks has been up against a stellar Arizona and San Francisco secondary but did extremely well against them.)
Hilton v TEN
Garcon v BAL (has established great chemistry with RG3 and Baltimore's D is on the fritz)
Decker @OAK (hasn't done anything in over a month, i personally do not trust)
Greg Jennings v DET (but i own Cobb)
Cobb v DET (but i own Jennings)

or should i NOT start Moreno @OAK and start a 3rd WR in my Flex? As i said i posted a few other subjects similar, just looking for more. Thanks and WHIR.
