Which of these waiver wire WRs should I pick up?

I need some help at the WR position for the rest of the season. Which of these waiver wire guys do you think is the best to pick up?

Garcon for now, he seems to be Griffin's go-to receiver when he's healthy, and he's benefited well lately.

I just thought of something: I should stipulate that RGIII is my starting QB, so I'm a bit hesitant about picking up Garcon because I don't like to start QBs and WRs from the same team that often, unless it's a marquee matchup. I also have Eli Manning and Hakeem Nicks on my team and was burned a few times at the beginning of the year by starting both.

But if Garcon is definitely much better than the rest, I will consider it.

I would still recommend it, he is the best, most reliable option of those players right now, and the Skins are clicking pretty well right now.
