In terms of giving up yards, MIA is awful, but as far as fantasy points allowed they managed to be middle of the road. Kap should have a nice game against them if he gets some yards running. Ryan did torch Carolina last time they played, but that was a while ago. You may be better off playing Kap and waiting on Ryan this week.

Go with Kaepernick. He's doing an awesome job and will probably finish strong.
