Matt Ryan or Wilson?

Ryan has seriously been on a downslope. Russel Wilson on the other hand has had an amazing 3 weeks against some of the best defenses in the league so i grabbed him off waivers. This week Seattle plays Arizona who defensively has been decent against QBs. My question is, should i start Wilson over Matt Ryan in week 14 (playoffs) in my PPR League? Yes, it is a ballsy move but Ryan scares me right now. My other QB is Peyton Manning.

Sorry i didn't specify, i have 2 QB slots in my league. Manning is a no brainer but i need a #2 QB.

i prefer Matt Ryan than Wilson. He will play better than Wilson.
