Week 14 start/sit. Please help!

I'm currently 6-7 but stil have a chance to squeak in with a win this week! Please help! I need help starting 2 rbs, 2wrs, and 1 flex.

My gut tells me to sit brown and start moreno for two simple reasons. The Tampa bag defense is tough on the run and I don't believe he can be a home run three times in a row. Thank you for your help!
