Pick one, Either RB/TE/WR (WHIR)

So I'm trying to get into our league playoffs, had some bad luck with injuries this season with MJD and now Harvin. I'm in a 12 team, standard league and need 1 of these guys.

Beanie, M Bennett, Greg Little or Mike Thomas (Det WR). I know, pretty bad choices. I'm leaning towards starting Bennett even though Beanie is a starting RB, he just looked sooo bad against the Jets last week.
