Which RB to Start?

Bilal Powell (NYJ) vs JAC
Pierre Thomas (NO) vs NYG

I'm good for one RB, just need to pick between these guys for my RB2 spot.

I think Powell has the best chance to get a TD this week, though the limited touches are concerning....then again, all of these plays are concerning. If you have absolutely nothing else available on the waiver wire, I say Powell gets the start here.
