FLEX Option, pls help

Thinking about Starting Montell Owens Rb-JAX, here are my other options. Should I start someone in place of him? Feel a breakout game for him.

VJax will have the breakout game against weak Phi def. No way Montell Owens has a break out game. 4th string back behind a banged up line that has produced big games for Jennings, or MJD.
