Return to Draft, Trade, & Waiver Questions

Hey everyone, I have a bit of a keeper dilemma on my hands.
So I'm in a 12-man league where we get to choose 2 keepers for next season, but at the loss of the draft pick in which that player was taken. Originally I wanted to go with Andrew Luck (11th round) and LeSean McCoy (1st round), but with McCoy's injury troubles and the emergence of Brown I am no longer very warm on the idea of using my 1st on him.
Should I still take McCoy? Or use my pick on pairing Coby Fleener (Not drafted) with Luck? Although not performing well this year I am confident that Fleener's physical tools will make him a weapon of the future, as well as retaining my 1st and getting good value.
Advice?

Thanks so much for the advice! I share those sentiments and hopefully I can pick up a superior back in the 1st!
Thanks!

After some research, I'm leaning heavily towards Fleener.
Still open to advice though!

I voted for Fleener. Im not too high on him because I believe Dwayne Allen will be better and Luck's more favoritable target. But I think giving up a first round pick for McCoy after a down year and emergence of Brown is a lot especially depending where you pick in the 1st round may have a chance to get McCoy back without losing that pick or possibly a lot better option.
