I'd go with Murray. I always take a starting RB that gets most of the carries over a WR for the flex spot (they are guarenteed touches).

I like running backs for flex play, I think Murray goes for more than 100 yards and gets a few receptions while he's at it. Dallas offense relies more on Murray's output than Indy does on Hilton, it's hard to bench Hilton but I like Murray here.
