Owner possibly throwing a playoff deciding game...HELP

We have a playoff deciding matchup in our league that depends on Monday nights game. Owner #1 is out of the playoff race, he is currently up by six points, and has Texans D and Andre Johnson left to play. Owner #2 is in a "win and your in" scenario for the playoffs, he has Stevan Ridley and Patriots D tonight. I noticed last night that Owner #1 had removed Andre Johnson from his lineup, I posted a reminder for him to set his lineup before tonight's game. This morning I see on the transactions page that he picked up Kevin Walter. He still hasn't set his lineup, but he presumably Picked up Walter to bench AJ to allow Team #2 to win. What would you do given this scenario?
