Which QB should I pick up? WHIR!!!

Just wondering which QB I should pick up in the event that Matty Ice is benched in week 16. My options are:

Nick Foles at home vs. Washington
Brandon Weeden on the road vs. Denver
Sam Bradford on the road vs. Tampa
Jake Locker on the road vs. Green Bay

All TD's are worth 6 points plus we get yardage and length of TD bonuses.
