Defense for Week 15- WHIR

I've made it to the final 4, but now I have an issue at my defensive slot. I've ridden the 49ers all year, but they have New England this week. I picked up San Diego a few weeks ago when I saw this matchup coming, but they have Carolina this week, who is suddenly hot.

The Titans defense is available and they play the Jets this week. Are they a better play than either of the two I already have?

I would stick with 49ers, the Titans are a bit too risky to start.

Who else is available? I just picked up Cincy and would have gone with Miami if they weren't available. If what you listed are you best options, I'd take SD at home.
