Is Starting Rodgers a no brainer this week???

Looking at how poorly he has performed in the last 4 weeks and this week is not looking so great in Chicago with some weather issues coming to Soldier Field. CHI is also 6th in pass def. Is Rodgers a no brainer starter this week? Other players I've considered that are available:

Brandon Weeden vs. Washington Skins are 31st in passing def./ Weather is going to be light showers in Cle./ Browns are also playing better and playing for their jobs.

Russell Wilson vs. Bills Buf are 14th in pass def/ Snow and Rain expected in Buffalo this weekend

Carson Palmer vs. Chiefs KC is 9th in pass def./ Oak is 7th in pass off/ Rain expected in OAK this weekend.

Im starting to think Weeden would be the best choice, Im just having a hard time benching Rodgers, the only other time I benched Rodgers, he went off on Texas and put a 50 spot in my Standard Non PPR league.

I thought about, but I just don't think you can bench Rodgers. Potential for a big game against a division opponent. The other options are good, however, even against skins pass D, I'm not a big fan of Weeden. Seattle and Buffalo play in canada, so that will be in a dome, not big on palmer in recent weeks?
