Who to keep for the next season??

I'm having a hard choosing my keepers for the 2013-2014 season and was looking for some advice. Coming into the 2012-2013 season I kept Schaub, Steve Smith (CAR), Megatron, & L. McCoy. This season I've had some disappointments, injuries, and some free agent pick ups I have started to start weekly but I can't decide if they're keeper worthy. I'm in a 12 team 4 keeper league (QB, 2 RB, RB/WR, 2 WR, WR/TE, TE, K, D/ST)

QB:
Kaepernick, Schaub, Palmer

RB:
McCoy, A. Bradshaw, K. Moreno, J. Battle, J. Bell

WR:
Megatron, P. Garcon, S. Smith (Car.)

TE:
J. Gresham
B. Pettigrew

K:
M. Bryant

D/ST:
Ravens
Chargers


McCoy & C. Johnson are givens, but who fills the other two spots? I like Kaepernick and think that may be a safe keep. Is K. Moreno just on a hot streak or is he legit? Is Bradshaw worth the injuries? Is Garcon worth the injuries?
