Which DEF? Who to drop? Playoffs! WHIR

16 team ESPN Standard - 1st round of playoffs of 3.
QB/RB/RB/WR/WR/WR/TE/FX/K/DEF + 4 bench

QB- RGiii, RB- AP,Moreno WR- S.Smith,Austin,Givens TE- Hernandez FX- Forte K- Barth DEF- Rams
Bench: Gresham, D. Harris, Browns D/ST, R. Wilson, P. Rivers, Titans D/ST, B. Tate

Question 1: Which defense do I start?
STL (vs MIN)
TEN (vs NYJ)
CLE (vs WSH)

STL D/ST has put up 23, 18, 14 pts in the past 3 games. Ponder sucks but I have AP who will run wild on them but maybe that doesn't matter b/c Ponder sucks!! Right?

Question 2: I need to get my bench down to 4. Who gets cut?
Bench: Gresham, D. Harris, Browns D/ST, R. Wilson, P. Rivers, Titans D/ST, B. Tate

I'm thinking if I start STL as my DEF I cut: CLE, Tate, TEN, Gresham or Vereen.
