Playoff Lineup Help 100% WHIR

Standard ESPN 2-QB league, first round of playoffs this week.

My Roster (Week 15 ESPN projected points):
QB - Robert Griffin III (17)
QB - Josh Freeman (24)
RB - Ray Rice (15)
RB - Jamaal Charles (24)
WR - Wes Welker (13)
WR - Eric Decker (13)
TE - Jason Witten (5)
FLEX - Dez Bryant (12)
D/ST - Seahawks (7)
K - Janikowski (11)
Bench - Maurice Jones-Drew (0)
Bench - Patriots D/ST (6)
Bench - Colin Kaepernick (19)
Bench - Dallas Clark (11)
Bench - Joique Bell (14)
Bench - Kenny Britt (12)

I have three lineup questions: QB, TE and FLEX.

With RGIII coming off an injury, should I start him @Cleveland or go with Kaepernick @New England? I think it'll be a pretty easy decision if RGIII is starting, but I figured I'd get some opinions.

Jason Witten against the Steelers #1 TE defense or Dallas Clark against one of the worst TE defenses (Saints)? If Dez Bryant doesn't play, that could mean more targets for Witten, but the Steelers have shut down tight ends all season. Just one TE has scored more than 6 points against Pitt since week 3 whereas just one TE has not scored more than 6 points against New Orleans since week 5.

Dez Bryant has been on fire for the past 5 weeks, scoring 7 TDs and 90 points (avg 18 per week). However, he has a fractured finger. If he doesn't play, obviously I'm not starting him. But for this post, let's assume he plays. Do I play Bryant, Joique Bell who is projected at 14 points but will be splitting carries with Leshoure, Kenny Britt who had 143 yards last week, or Dallas Clark/Jason Witten (whoever I don't start at TE)?

And if Bryant doesn't play, then who do I start at FLEX?

Thanks and leave your link.
