Wes Welker or Josh Gordon?

Hey guys I need some help here, I'm playing against an opponent that i have lost to 3 times already. Somehow everytime i play him i score very low points (and i'm the scoring leader in my league). This week i'm debating between Welker and Gordon, I know most people will say Welker right away, but hes playing SF... and hes been dropping passes and isn't very productive. While Gordon isn't really proven yet, hes playing at home against the skins which is pretty terrible. They are both projected for 13 pts in standard league espn. What should i do?
