0.5 PPR: 2 RBs, TE and WR/RE/TE Flex WHIR!

Hey all; this is it, win or go home. I need 2 running backs, a tight end and a flex choice (WR or RB or TE). It's a 1/2 point per reception league, with 1 point extra for 40 yard runs and receptions. I have to choose from:

RBs: Steven Jackson, Stevan Ridley, Knowshown Moreno, and Darren Mcfadden
WRs: (that I'm not starting in my other spots) Michael Crabtree, Antonio Brown
TEs: Jimmy Graham, Jason Witten

What I have been doing is starting 2 Rbs, and the two TEs in the TE and flex spot; but I'm leaning towards a flex RB this week. What say you? Will help in return.

1/2 ppr 10 person yahoo.com league, starting 1 qb, 2 rb, 3 wr, 1 rb/wr/te, 1 te, 1 k, 1 def.

Qb: Peyton Manning, Andrew Luck
Rb: Darren Mcfadden, Steven Jackson, Stevan Ridley, Knowshon Moreno
Wr: Brandon Marshall, Demarius Thomas, Denario Alexander, Michael Crabtree, Antonio Brown
Te: Jimmy Graham, Jason Witten
K: Jason Hansen
Def: Seattle

I would start all the RBs but Ridley because of the matchup and start Graham at TE
Thanks for the help

Thanks for your response to mine.

I'd start Steven Jackson & Moreno at RB, Jimmy Graham at TE (Witten's not getting looks in the end zone), and Ridley in the flex. While Ridley has a tough match up and is likely a non-factor in the passing game, he's found the end zone every game since week 8. After seeing what the Pats did to Houston's tough defense, Ridley feels like a lot less of a gamble. If the Pats jump ahead, expect a heavy dose of Ridley. McFadden isn't a bad play in the flex but I like Ridley's chances of finding the end zone and padding his stats in the second half if the Pats do what they did to Houston on Monday to SF tonight.
