Who do I start...Rams, Pats, or Jets Defense???

I'm in an ESPN Standard league, Special Teams are included in defenses.

Which team do I start?
Jets @ TEN
Pats VS SAN
Rams VS MIN

Having a tough time, please send advice. If I win, I go to the championship.

It's interesting because the Rams are even the # 1 ranked D on some people's boards (like Matthew Berry for instance), but the only thing that makes me weary is ADP running wild as he has been lately. I do like the Jets D to be honest; if they can limit CJ2K, then they could have a decent time stifling that Titans passing game.
