Just like the title of the thread, who would you start...Garcon without RG3 against a good CB or Rice, who is banged up against a shaky Bills team?? Thanks.

Definitely Garcon. If anything, I think Cousins helps his value; Garcon could get more targets as a safety blanket of sorts.
