PPR league, which player for my flex spot?

I am torn between who to start now that Griffin apparently isn't playing.

Hands down Bush. I also have Garcon and am sitting him for the same reason, RG3 is out, and until I know that Cousins and Garcon have similar chemistry, I'm avoiding starting him.

I don't think RG3 is part of this decision, necessarily. Garcon will get his looks. That said, I'd start Bush. He's reclaimed the backfield in the last couple weeks and has a juicy matchup. I could see 100 total yards and a score, plus a few receptions.
