WR/RB Flex help! PPR scoring.

Postby doromo » Wed Dec 19, 2012 12:47 am

My league just started the playoffs. Two games away from the end.

Here are my starters: Still questioning the lineup as is. Again, this is a PPR league.
Tom Brady, NE QB
Michael Turner, Atl RB
Knowshon Moreno, Den RB
Mikel Leshoure, Det RB
Marques Colston, NO WR
Pierre Garcon, Wsh WR
Jimmy Graham, NO TE
Patriots D/ST D/ST
Lawrence Tynes, NYG K

Bench: Could move any of these guys though some are not really playable.

Greg Jennings, GB WR
Torrey Smith, Bal WR
Sidney Rice, Sea WR
Rashard Mendenhall, Pit RB
Jets D/ST D/ST
James Jones, GB WR
Bryce Brown, Phi RB

What do you think? Please help and WHIR !!

My current matchup: She is so going to lose! ;)

Ryan Fitzpatrick, Buf QB
Matt Forte, Chi RB
Trent Richardson, Cle RB
BenJarvus Green-Ellis, Cin RB
Calvin Johnson, Det WR
Demaryius Thomas, Den WR
Antonio Gates, SD TE
Broncos D/ST D/ST
Garrett Hartley, NO K

I like the lineup you have except for two things. (provided this isn't a keeper/dynasty league)

Tynes seemingly can't kick worth anything right now. Any options on the wire?
Is the Chargers D available? I think they really have the best matchup of the week vs the horrible Jets offence,

Also I notice you still have Mendenhall on your bench. If it's not a keeper league I think you need to dump him for the best available player you can find.

I can't disagree with your lineup either.

Bryce Brown against WAS's D makes me nervous as a 'Skins fan since despite the past two weeks, he showed before that that he's at least capable of big games. But that said, while I'd consider starting Brown, I think you've got the safest plays in your lineup as is.

Good luck!

BOLD PICKS FOR 2013
A. Rodgers outscores D. Brees in ESPN standard scoring by 40+.
D. McFadden plays 16 games (but ineffectively for someone whose only problem we always assumed was health).
M. Lynch=not a Top 10 RB.
V. Cruz=Top 7 WR.
G. Tate=Top 36 WR.

Yes I agree.. taking out Mendenhall is a good move, he is done and might not even be with Pitt next year.

Chargers was taken from the waivers.. I had no chance of getting him. I was so high up on the waivers.

Here are the kickers: Which one should I replace Tynes with?

Josh Brown, Cin K
Dan Carpenter, Mia K
Blair Walsh, Min K
Graham Gano, Car K
Olindo Mare, Chi K
Rian Lindell, Buf K
Nick Novak, SD K
Mason Crosby, GB K

Thanks! WHIR!
