PPR league:
Do I really sit Marshawn Lynch (@ San Fran) and CJ Spiller (@ Miami) for Alfred Morris (@ Philly) and Knowshon Moreno (@ Cleveland) for the Fantasy Football Championship? I could also use one of them at Flex instead of Steve Smith (@ Oakland)?

QB's: Matt Ryan, Tony Romo
RB's: Marshawn Lynch, CJ Spiller, Alfred Morris, Knowshon Moreno, Mikel Leshoure
WR's: Calvin Johnson, Dez Bryant, Steve Smith
TE: Jimmy Graham
DST: Cincinnati, Pittsburgh
K: Lawrence Tynes, Dan Bailey

No way do you bench Lynch, I think Spiller is the most reliable of the 3 backs so he stays RB2. I always try to start a RB at flex unless the matchup is great, this is a good matchup for Smith but not good enough to bench Moreno or Alfie. I think morris gets the start at flex, good luck ;-D

I always go RB for flex using standard scoring, especially with the juicy matchups you have. So I'd go Moreno, Lynch, Spiller and then bench Steve Smith.

Lynch and the Seattle D are why I made it to the championship. He's been a stud all year. Moreno v. Morris is a tough call. I'd probably go Morris. I think Wash will propably try to keep it on the ground with either RG3 still a little hurt and/or another rookie at QB.
