TD Lesewer. Maybe Falcons won't wake from halftime naps long enough for Lions to get back into this one.

Paulywog, don't hate the player, hate the game. Lions aren't exactly hard on QBs. Cripes, they haven't even gotten their TE started yet. 8-o

Congratulations Megatron on breaking the snot out of Jerry Rice's most yards receiving per season record. Tonights game is a reflection of the Lions season, Calvin Johnson has a huge game in another disappointing Lions loss.
Probably also setting a most dubious honor of setting a record for the most meaningless record setting season ever. Lions football, what's a fan to do?

and the Lions spend yet another wasted redzone effort without ever trying to throw to Megatron. These coaches are really morons.

Safety Lions.
Massive kick after safety, and Logan, who would not have a job with any other organization in the league, takes a knee on his own 4 yd line. Just sickening, and it all is on Jim Schwartz. The mindless play of this team can only be a reflection of a lack of direction from the head coach.

And congrats to Matthew Stafford for being a huge steaming turd the last 3 weeks. How can someone who throws so many passes only throw 1 TD in 3 playoff weeks.

The Detroit Free Press confirms that Lions head coach Jim Schwartz will not be fired after the season.
Knowledgeable people around the league have never mentioned Schwartz among the possible head coaches getting the boot, but some Lions fans have called for his head. Schwartz and the Lions agreed to a multi-year extension through the 2015 season just last offseason. After leading Detroit to a 10-6 record and their first playoff appearance in 12 seasons in 2011, Schwartz has followed that up with a 4-11 performance in 2012 that was kicked off with a slew of offseason player arrests. Schwartz and GM Martin Mayhew really need to get the back end of the defense fixed, while getting some guys, like Jahvid Best, back from injury will certainly help.
