I'd go with Decker. Joe Haden will be shadowing Thomas the whole game, making Peyton target Decker a lot.

Haden usually lines-up at the left side, suggesting he will be shadowing Decker, not Thomas. Even if he did cover Thomas, I would still start Amendola. Amendola has more targets than Decker, Bradford will have a field day against the worst-rated TB secondary, and he was targeted more than any other receiver (as usually) last week with nothing suggesting otherwise this week.

Last week's stat line for Decker was fluke-ish. Start Amendola. Good luck.

Go with Amendola. Sweet matchup, and last week showed that he's back to full health. I agree with the Peyton-will-throw-to-Decker-because-Thomas-will-be-blanketed-by-Haden logic, but the Bucs are simply awful against the pass.
