IDP sit/start (WHIR)

I'm in a semifinal match this week, and I can't decided which IDP to start. I generally go for the high volume tackle/sack players, they seem to be more likely to score than the CB getting an occasional pick. My choices are Lavonte David (TB, ROLB) and NaVorro Bowman(SF, LILB). Both are considered a 'must start LB1' but I can't decide which one starts for me. Leave a link, WHIR as always

Gosh, that is a tough one. I lean toward David, really like his relentless pursuit to the ball and desire to get in on every tackle.
