DST help! Finals. WHIR

I normally start Seattle who is at home against SF which will be a slug fest. My only concern is I also have Frank Gore on my team, so any touchdown he puts up negativly affects my defense.

I can also roll with: Miami vs Buff or IND @ KC

neither defense is stellar but IND is playing much better, especially against a horrid KC offense.

Suggestions? WHIR
