HELP who should i bench? WHIR

Hey so after the first week of championship i'm trailing by 2 pts so anything is still possible! For the final week i'm wondering who to bench between these guys : white, danario alexander and pierre garcon. I also have vjax but pretty sure to start him. And i have ballard who could be my flex instead of one of these WR but he's playing vs Houston so not a good idea i think right?

And also for my DST who would you start SEA ou NE? I'm leaning towards SEA but i think it's a close call.

I would bench White because he is a bit banged up. At D/ST I would lean towards Seattle as well.

Seattle for Defense.

Start Vjax, garcon, alexander, white. In that order. Don't know how many you can start.

I would bench White, I don't believe he will be playing much in the 2nd half.
I'd also go with SEA on DEF.

Don't even think about benching Garcon. He is hot and they MUST win this game. I think he is going to come up big. I have owned him all year, even through all the injury weeks. he is well worth it and has been really really good when the injury isn't bugging him. (and it seems to be a non issue for the last few weeks.)

Keep Garcon and Alexander in the game. Definitely bench White.
