LOOKING FOR A FREE 2013 DYNASTY OR KEEPER

I figured it's not too early to inquire. Serious (emphasis) FFL'er! Involved with way too many leagues where owners dropped out or there was a lack of commitment from the Commissioners. It doesn't matter if it's a Dynasty or a Keeper league, starting fresh or picking up an orphaned team, I would like to hear about the details but this MUST be a free league please. Hit me back asap.
