If you had to keep one player for next year, who would you keep? I would lose a pick for that round and can keep one player for 5 years straight. I have already used a keeper for Arian Foster for this year so I can only keep him for 4 more years.
Arian Foster - 1st Round Rob Gronkowski - 1st Round Darren McFadden - 2nd Round DeMarco Murray - 2nd Round Julio Jones - 3rd Round AJ Green - 4th Round Mike Wallace - 5th Round Doug Martin - 6th Round Matt Ryan - 7th Round Miles Austin - 9th Round Houston Defense - 11th Round Green Bay Defense - 11th Round Greg Olsen - 16th Round Mikel LeShoure - 16th Round Danario Alexander - 16th Round Matt Bryant - 16th Round
I would go with Doug Martin. I think he is the best value, as he should put up top 10 numbers next season and you are only giving up a 6th round pick for him.

Agreed, best value of the bunch and that is the name of the game in keepers

Another vote for Martin. He will be a top-5 RB in drafts next year, regardless of scoring format.
I, too, was thinking Doug Martin is the best value out of the bunch. I hope to get a high draft pick so I could have a chance to draft Foster again.
To be honest i might trade Martin, that is HUGE value there and if you get someone that overvalues him a bit you may be able to cash in. I would agree though that he is by far the right keeper to choose if you dont want to try and play the market with him. How the hell did AJ not go until the 4th round though?? How many teams in this league?

Martin in the 6th is your best bet -- he's going to be a great keeper for the next five years for you.
