Anybody know what FLootball is all about?

Hey everyone! New to the forum looking for an answer. Heard about it from several articles but they don't really go into detail. Anyone ever heard of FLootball? Website looks to be under construction, but their blog is up and running. Any info would be great, looks to be interesting.
